About The Position

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and positive team member for its Pecos Pit Stop location. The position is responsible for serving customers, stocking and merchandising the store, processing customer transactions, and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere. The role reports to the Convenience Store Manager and is an overnight shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be positive and friendly.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to help customers.
• Be able to obtain liquor licensure as required by state or local law.
• Be able to obtain any other applicable certifications or licensures as required.
• Commit to excellence in customer service and DMG Values.
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers and provide customer service with a helpful, fun attitude.
• Stock and merchandise the store.
• Process customer transactions.
• Create a positive, energetic atmosphere for customers.
