Part-time Cashier/Receptionist
About The Position
Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers at Coconut Point Honda in Estero, Florida. The role supports smooth communication within the organization and provides a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering inquiries and calls, processing payments, maintaining the reception and refreshment areas, and completing closing transaction documents and cash-drawer balancing. The position is part-time. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work well with others and manage multiple phone lines.
- Flexibility with shift availability.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, kneeling, and squatting.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and provide helpful information to customers.
- Assist customers with payments and provide a smooth checkout process.
- Stock the refreshment area with snacks and beverages.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members and departments and share important updates.
- Complete closing transaction documents accurately and balance the cash drawer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
