About The Position

Trulite is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join its in-house team. The role involves processing cash receipts and accounts payable tickets, assisting with invoice entry, and providing administrative and accounting support. It is suited to someone interested in learning and growing within accounting or office operations. The position pays $23 per hour. Submissions from outside staffing agencies are not accepted.

Requirements

• Cash application experience.
• Basic Excel knowledge, including sorting, filters, and simple formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Prior office or administrative experience is preferred.
• Interest in professional growth within accounting or office operations.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts accurately and promptly.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) tickets and assist with invoice entry.
• Scan checks and maintain organized digital records.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
• Work with the accounting team to support timely, accurate workflows.
• Support office operations and contribute to a productive work environment.
