About The Position

Wisenbaker Builder Services is seeking a Cash Application / A/R Processor to perform accurate, timely cash application and accounts receivable work. The role focuses on making daily bank deposits, confirming electronic payments, resolving unapplied funds with the credit department, posting daily invoices, and reporting sales totals to management. The position is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of cash application and accounts receivable experience.
Strong knowledge of detailed cash application and the aspects of accounts receivable and accounting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to use a 10-key calculator.
Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Access.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
Professional, positive attitude and good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Nice To Haves

Higher education with accounting classes.
Experience with Dynamics/Great Plains.

Responsibilities

Make daily bank deposits and confirm electronic payments are received when expected.
Apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with the credit department to resolve unapplied money.
Post invoices billed each day.
Report sales totals to management.
