About The Position

The Cash Application / A/R Processor handles customer payment processing and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring payments and invoices are recorded accurately and on time. The role includes making daily bank deposits, confirming expected electronic payments, resolving unapplied funds in coordination with the credit department, and posting daily invoices and reporting sales totals to management. Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of cash application and accounts receivable experience.
Strong skills in detailed cash application and understanding of accounts receivable and accounting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Access, and use of a 10-key calculator.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
Professional, positive attitude and good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the work environment.
