About The Position

Brink’s U.S. is hiring a Cash Logistics Processor to perform cash accounting work at branch locations. The role accounts for cash and valuables transported to banks and businesses, verifies bank deposits, prepares cash shipments, and supports the movement of money between locations. The position requires enforcing rules that protect Brink’s and customer premises and property, as well as the safety of people on those premises. The company describes the work environment as casual and the work as high-responsibility.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 3 months of experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or work as a cashier or teller.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Cash handling experience in the secure logistics or banking industry.

Responsibilities

Check in all work and cash through the window.
Verify cash, enter data into iTrack, and mix and check deposit types, including check-only, CompuSafe, ATM, recycler, and mixed deposits.
Process check imaging in the FIS system.
Balance individual teller sells.
Validate bulk pulls and fill each order using its packing slip.
Complete checklists by the established deadlines for each major function throughout the day.
Clean stations at the end of the day, bundle trash according to procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work remains, print the check manifest, and confirm deposits match.
Deliver imaged work and teller paperwork to the appropriate areas or file them appropriately.
Follow directions provided by a supervisor or manager.
