About The Position

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Case Worker to serve as a case manager for the Holmen Boys and Girls Club, assisting youth who struggle with behavioral and mental health challenges. This role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team to create a safe and nourishing environment for youth development. The case manager will facilitate groups, develop treatment plans for high-risk youth, and work individually with youth to enhance coping and healthy living skills. Collaboration with Boys and Girls Club staff, area schools, and community partners is essential. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
Broad knowledge of the mentally ill population.
Effective communication and good listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent documentation skills.
Ability to work in a cooperative and team-like fashion.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in social work or in human services related field preferred.
Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
