About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Frankfort, Indiana, to pick food products in a clean, organized warehouse facility. The position pays weekly at $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role uses an Automated Pallet Jack (Walkie Rider) and supports warehouse fulfillment and distribution. Paid training and safety gear are provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Ability to meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization, including peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask; strong organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, a motor vehicle records check and road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Pick product and cases.
• Palletize, hand stack, and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
