About The Position

Work in a Sysco warehouse as a critical member of the foodservice supply chain. Warehouse Order Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community. This is an active, physical role involving operation of an electric pallet jack and/or forklift, organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders, and other duties as assigned. The work takes place in a safe environment with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions and the products being selected, including non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen areas. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
0–1 year of relevant work experience.
Frequently lift products weighing 10–75 pounds and up to 100 pounds.
Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift and retrieving products from lower shelf areas.
Work in very extreme temperatures, including cooler and/or freezer areas.
Work on your feet for 10–12 hours daily.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
