Case Manager
About The Position
The Case Manager provides documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems. The role develops, implements, and revises individual treatment plans for assigned clients within established time frames and with client participation. It also refers clients to appropriate community services and participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, and case conferences. This is a full-time position at the Inpatient New England Recovery Center (NERC) Clinical Stabilization Services in Westborough, Massachusetts. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $21.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in substance abuse treatment, a case management role, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- LADC I or CADAC certification is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.

- Refer clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review, and case conferences.
