About The Position

Benchmark Behavioral Health System Hawaii is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its community-based residential facility. The Case Manager is part of the Clinical team and works closely with, and is supervised by, the Clinical Director. The role coordinates activities related to client admission, progress, and discharge, as well as clients’ relationships with the facility, guardians, treatment team members, referring agencies, and community resources. The Case Manager also assists the Unit Manager with planning and scheduling client activities off campus.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $21.00–$24.00 based on experience. It involves working with youth who have experienced trauma or abuse and may struggle with low self-esteem, sadness, anger, and grief.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in case management or related work.
• At least one year of experience in mental health services.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to track data on spreadsheets.
• Ability to coordinate Zoom meetings with other agencies, families, and individuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred).
