About The Position

Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven Case Manager to guide clients throughout their personal injury claims. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution, keeping clients informed and supported, coordinating case documentation and communications, and assisting attorneys with case preparation. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in-office, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Office locations include Baraboo (main office), Sun Prairie, Madison, and Eau Claire.

Requirements

At least 1–5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professionalism, compassion, and patience when interacting with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A genuine desire to help people and make a positive difference during difficult times.

Experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution and ensure deadlines are met.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
Gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other case documentation.
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in each case.
Assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation.
Organize, scan, file, and maintain correspondence and case files.
Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls.
