About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Case Manager to assess patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure effective communication among everyone involved in patient care. The role focuses on supporting energy workers and their families through compassionate, whole-person care under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). The company has over 14 years of experience and operates across 24 states.

The Case Manager oversees nursing care, home health aide services, and applicable therapies after approval by the Department of Labor. The role also requires maintaining confidential client and office records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and the Privacy Act PHI, facilitating collaboration among the care team, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Have at least one year of experience in a home health setting or related area, with strong assessment skills.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Be proficient in computer and internet-based applications, as well as office equipment.
• Have competent working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Pass a criminal background check and sanction screening.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities
