About The Position

Sound Behavioral Health is hiring a Case Manager for its Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, serving Veteran households in King County. The program provides rapid re-housing, outreach, and short-term case management to Veterans experiencing homelessness, and housing-stability assistance to Veteran households at risk of homelessness.
