About The Position
Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health / Wraparound Case Manager to provide client-centered wraparound case management to infants, children, adolescents, families, and adults throughout Brevard County. The position assesses clients’ needs and connects them with appropriate community resources. A detailed job description will be provided during the interview. This is an in-person independent contractor position with a flexible schedule; full-time hours (25+ hours) are preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Basic knowledge of community resources.
- CBHCM certification, or willingness to become certified within six months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
