About The Position
Case Manager
Requirements
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Ability to relate well with all individuals, community agencies, and Area Agency staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills.
- Successful completion of the Ohio Dept. of Aging certification required within 6 months of employment.
- Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively.
- Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain accuracy in a flexible job environment.
