About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join its Permanency team and help children and families thrive. The role focuses on strengthening families and supporting children’s growth through personalized plans, family skill-building, community resource connections, and advocacy. The average hourly rate is $24.43, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.

• Work with the Permanency team to support children and families.
