About The Position

NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a non-profit human services organization, is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its residential youth program in Beverly, Massachusetts. The Case Manager directly assists clinicians with program functions, including scheduling treatment team meetings, communicating with school districts, family members, and collateral case workers, case coordination, documentation, and data collection. The role may also support residential staff in the milieu during activities and other parts of the daily structure when requested.

Requirements

• Experience with the youth population.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical and management staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Provide clinical case management, data entry, and collateral communication for program youth.
• Participate in day-to-day program structure, including groups and activities when possible.
• Provide documentation for weekly TEAM meetings.
• Participate in community meetings.
• Be available for crisis intervention and support in the milieu.
• Perform physical intervention in the event of a youth crisis.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the Agency’s policies and procedures.
• Support the administrative team with 24-hour on-call coverage.
