Case Manager - Prescription Assistance

About The Position
The Case Manager – Prescription Assistance role interacts with medical providers, pharmacy staff, and pharmaceutical company staff to research and resolve recurring or urgent medication needs. The role administers and tracks Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) applications, advocates on behalf of members, screens program members for eligibility for local, state, and federal programs, and helps members find community resources.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in social or human services, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Community outreach experience and networking skills.
- Public speaking experience.

- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in social services, pharmacy, or a healthcare field is preferred.
Responsibilities
