About The Position

TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Case Manager for its Permanency team. The role focuses on helping children and families thrive and supporting safe, loving homes. The average hourly rate is $24.43, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.

The Case Manager helps families develop skills, connects them with community resources, creates personalized plans to support children’s growth, and advocates for improvements in family environments. The role involves working with a team focused on strengthening families and making a positive impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Compassion for working with children and families.
• Belief in building on strengths.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advocate for people who need support.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
• Work with a team to support children and families.
