About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its Permanency team. The role focuses on helping children and families thrive and supporting safe, loving homes. The average hourly rate is $24.43, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.

The Case Manager helps families develop skills, connects them with community resources, creates personalized plans to support children’s growth, and advocates for improvements in family environments. The position works with a team focused on strengthening families and making a positive impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment; it takes approximately 5–7 minutes.
