About The Position

Piedmont Community Services (PCS) is seeking a Case Manager to provide community-based mental health case management services to adults coping with symptoms of serious mental illness in the catchment area. The role helps ensure individuals receive appropriate services and can access the medical, psychiatric, social, educational, and other supports needed to meet their basic needs.

PCS provides behavioral health and developmental services, including prevention, treatment, education, and support. The organization describes its environment as supportive and mission-driven and emphasizes compassionate care and community service.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred.
• One year of direct care experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
