About The Position
As a Case Manager, you will join a team dedicated to providing resources and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The role is based in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area and involves travel throughout St. Charles County for meetings, home visits, and other work-related locations. Opportunities to work remotely are available after the initial training period. Requirements
- Must be located in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area.
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to travel independently throughout St. Charles County.

- Experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting focused on person-centered plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide resources and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
