About The Position

The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for a candidate to join our Program Services team as a Case Manager (QIDP). This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay rate of $20.67/hour. This role offers rewarding work with remarkable people and is an excellent leadership opportunity, playing an essential role in the person-centered service plan process.

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or other related field.
Minimum one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health or related field.
Must complete the competency-based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Division.
Current driver’s license
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Developing, monitoring and reporting on support plans
Conducting assessments and creating progress reports
Coordinating and facilitating support network meetings
Traveling to local community sites to assess progress of supported individuals' personal objectives
Training Direct Support Professionals on methods, strategies and techniques relative to supported individuals’ programs and active support
