About The Position

Ruby's Place dba Restorative Pathways (RP) is an innovative nonprofit working to end domestic violence, human trafficking, and violent crime through hope, advocacy, and connection. Its trauma-sensitive, client-centered, low-barrier services are provided at no cost and include emergency shelter, transitional housing, rental subsidies, mental health services, substance recovery, and wrap-around services. RP is survivor-led and values reflection, innovation, connection, and the voices of people most impacted by violence. The Clinical Case Manager provides integrated case management and clinical support to adults and families experiencing homelessness, including adults recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization. The role bridges medical care, behavioral health, and housing to support clients’ physical and emotional stabilization, care-plan follow-through, and progress toward permanent housing. Services are trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive, and harm-reduction-oriented. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt, and based in Tracy, California. The job posting describes the position as in-person in the title, while the working-conditions section says hybrid in-person and remote work may be agreed upon with the supervisor; on-site availability is required as business needs require. Local travel in the greater Bay Area may be required. The pay rate is $32 per hour. Applicants must be located in the greater Bay Area, and preference will be given to internal applicants. The Case Manager receives regular clinical supervision from a licensed clinician or clinical supervisor. Supervision includes weekly individual supervision of 60 minutes and weekly group supervision or case conferences for two hours. The Case Manager participates actively in supervision, prepares to discuss caseloads, clinical concerns, and client goals, presents cases on a rotating basis, shares training learnings, seeks timely consultation on complex or high-risk situations, and maintains timely documentation and compliance with confidentiality and crisis-response policies.
