About The Position

Libra Solutions is seeking a Case Coordinator with legal and/or medical experience. The role evaluates prospective cases and makes funding-related decisions based on case merits. The coordinator explains Libra’s process and mission and builds relationships across legal and medical communities. Based in the Las Vegas, Nevada office, the position manages an active caseload, supports medical treatment coordination for accident victims, and works with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Exemplary customer service and time-management skills.
Organized and able to prioritize effectively.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and the life cycle of a case.
Ability to assess overall case metrics, build and maintain relationships with law firms, and make timely decisions independently and with supervisor support.
Must be able to work in the Las Vegas, Nevada office.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of personal injury industry or legal experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage an active caseload of approximately 100–150 cases.
Build relationships with attorney firms and medical providers.
Communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to support quality care and service.
Manage medical treatment coordination for accident victims, including scheduling appointments, analyzing medical records, and arranging transportation.
Assess cases and make funding decisions up to $10,000.
Prioritize daily and weekly tasks to maintain workflow.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.
Occasionally assist with training new team members.
