About The Position

Portland Community College (PCC) is seeking applicants for a casual CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment System) exam testing proctor. The CASAS exam proctor will provide support to the instructional program with specific responsibilities for performing detailed technical and clerical work; coordinating, monitoring, administering, training, scheduling, conducting and publicizing testing sessions; and ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements. The position assists faculty and other staff in the administration of the CASAS assessment. These non-benefited casual positions will average 10-16 hours per week with busier times being at the start of registration period through week 2, and at the end of the term (week 7-finals week).

Requirements

  • Residing in Oregon or Washington
  • Ability to establish residence in Oregon or Washington
  • Willingness to occasionally support more than one campus (Cascade, Rock Creek, Southeast, Sylvania), or proctor Remote students.

Responsibilities
