Requirements

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of public accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Sage products.
• Experience reviewing staff work and communicating directly with clients.
• CPA license or active pursuit of the credential.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of clients, including day-to-day communication and accounting deliverables.
• Lead client calls to answer questions, explain results, and offer practical insights.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Own the month-end close process for assigned clients.
• Provide guidance on financial best practices and help clients optimize their operations.
• Assist with new client onboarding.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Assist with internal projects, process improvements, and operational tasks.
