About The Position

This position involves communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card program types and application processes, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. The role also provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging the Customer/Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, and handling the Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role also involves receiving and stocking merchandise/supplies, organizing and maintaining the facility, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required paperwork. Additionally, the position operates equipment such as cash registers and maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment, providing products and services to Customers in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members.
Provides Customer/Member service, including assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
Handles claims and returns, zones the area, arranges merchandise/supplies, and identifies shrink and damages.
Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies and organizes the facility.
Operates equipment such as cash registers and Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment.
Provides product and services to Customers.
Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with energy and positivity.
