About The Position

Arrive Logistics is hiring a Carrier Account Representative to join its Carrier team in an office-based, collaborative environment. The role focuses on establishing and growing relationships with carrier partners to meet customers’ needs and deliver high-quality service. As carrier relationships and business volume grow, earning potential increases. The position includes training, mentorship, and ongoing education and professional development. Training includes classroom instruction about the third-party logistics industry, Arrive’s history and proprietary ARRIVEnow technology, as well as hands-on guidance from an experienced mentor on building carrier relationships. The role works closely with the Carrier team and Business Development team. The job posting describes the office as being in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

Build new relationships with carrier partners across the country.
Manage carrier partners identified during the training program while developing and procuring new relationships.
Develop relationship-building and customer-service skills alongside the Carrier team and manager.
Build internal relationships with Business Development team members and collaborate to find suitable solutions for their clients.
Emphasize service and meet performance measures such as on-time deliveries, proactive tracking, and outbound calls.
Earn industry certifications to prepare to source capacity for different types of service offerings.
