About The Position

Champion Window is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician to measure customers’ homes for installations and complete service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes measuring for products, repairing windows, siding, and sunrooms, and ordering and tracking repair and installation services. The technician also communicates with homeowners about their home-improvement needs and assists management with reporting and communication as requested. All work must be performed safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This is a full-time W-2 position. Champion Window provides a truck, tools, and gas card. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Three to five years of home-improvement or construction experience involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation.
Experience using a brake and hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, and deglazing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Math skills, including using a tape measure and measuring angles.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Construction trade school experience is a plus.
