About The Position

Swissport is seeking a dedicated Cargo Warehouse Agent to support its cargo handling operations. The role organizes warehouse and storage facilities, arranges warehouse handling equipment, and loads and unloads air cargo while maintaining required safety and quality standards and complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies. The expected pay rate is $22.51–$24.00 per hour. Full-time employees are offered health and wellness benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and sick time, and company-paid holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible working hours.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer focus and quality awareness.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of other languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload air cargo from and to trucks.
• Prepare and palletize cargo as needed.
• Ensure cargo-related paperwork is correct.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operation of related equipment.
• Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations.
• Comply with Swissport Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
