About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers build relationships with clients and support aging adults.

The position pays $17–$22 per hour. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA registration with the State of California; the employer can help obtain this upon hire.
• Meet state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients one-to-one in their homes.
• Help clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide mobility support.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
