About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers a meaningful opportunity to build relationships with clients and support aging adults.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; the employer can help obtain registration upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
