About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with aging adults. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Pay is listed at $17–$22 per hour, with starting rates from $17 per hour. The role includes paid training and access to caregiver support and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can help obtain registration upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes.
