About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to aging adults in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA registration with the State of California; TheKey can help obtain this upon hire.
• Meet state background screening requirements.
• Have a valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Have TB clearance or a chest X-ray.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
