About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can help caregivers obtain registration upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
