About The Position
Phoenix Home Care is hiring a Caregiver in Branson, Missouri, to provide care for geriatric clients. The role offers full-time hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., a starting pay rate of $17 per hour, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Caregivers work with a smaller number of clients and can control their own schedule and travel time. The position emphasizes one-on-one connections and providing exceptional care. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support clients with higher-acuity needs, including transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts.
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Run errands.
