About The Position

The Caregiver provides personal and non-personal care assistance to residents with activities of daily living while supporting residents’ personal choices and autonomy. The role is based at Ridgeview, a newly constructed, 5-star CMS-rated health center offering Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. The center uses state-of-the-art equipment and emphasizes employee training, talent development, and a supportive work environment. This is a full-time position with a 4:2 schedule. Available shifts are AM (6:30 AM–3:00 PM), PM (2:30 PM–11:00 PM), and NOC (10:30 PM–7:00 AM). The wage is $21.50, with a $500 sign-on bonus. Requirements

At least one year of caregiving experience in an assisted living or health care center.
Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment.
Knowledge and practice of safe lifting and back care techniques.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must have and maintain a current First Aid card.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable and able to follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
Change bed linens, make beds, and keep residents’ rooms clean and orderly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
