About The Position

Independent Home Health is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide individualized support to clients in their homes. Caregivers may provide companionship, help with personal care and daily routines, prepare meals, assist with mobility, and support clients with errands and appointments. Responsibilities depend on each client’s needs and care plan. The role includes documenting services provided and offers one-on-one opportunities to build meaningful relationships with the people supported. No caregiving experience is required; relevant prior experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license or identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide mobility assistance.
• Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments when needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
