Bellevue Caregivers Needed | Short 4-Hour Shifts
About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home care for aging adults in Kirkland and surrounding areas. The role focuses especially on short, four-hour morning/day shifts in Kirkland, with additional longer shifts potentially available. Short four-hour shifts pay $26 per hour; standard shifts pay $22–$24 per hour. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Daytime and weekend availability is highly preferred, and caregivers who drive or are willing to commute between clients are encouraged to apply. Caregivers support clients in their homes with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. TheKey describes itself as the largest provider of private-pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America and offers local caregiver support and career development opportunities. Caregivers must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Compensation, benefits, bonuses, and some eligibility requirements vary by state and location.
Requirements
- Active CNA or HCA license.
- CPR certification.
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Driver for clients, with a vehicle, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Comply with state background-screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments and assist with errands and grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
