About The Position

Interim HealthCare is hiring a part-time Home Health Caregiver in Longmont, Colorado. The role provides personal care and support to seniors so they can live safely and happily at home. Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, mobility, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe home environment. Compensation is $17 per hour, plus travel time pay.

Requirements

• Have a dependable, honest, and caring personality.
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable related work experience.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug test; the employer is required to test for THC.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors so they can live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document clients’ conditions, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
