About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Adams, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people starting a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants.

Caregivers provide support according to their qualifications and client needs. Work schedules are flexible and may include daytime or overnight shifts, weekdays or weekends, and short shifts or 8–12-hour shifts. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Immediate start opportunities are available.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
