About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Athol, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The agency is family-owned and focused on helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is offered. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling opportunities include 8–12-hour day or overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires after their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
