About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Deerfield, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. This family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people starting a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is offered, with opportunities for an immediate start. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling is available, with 8–12 hour shifts and daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend options. Depending on qualifications and client needs, caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, assist with personal care and daily routines, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping and laundry. Responsibilities
