Caregiver - Free Training And Certification
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Athol, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNA, HHA, PCA, and Homemaker candidates, as well as people starting a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The position offers flexible scheduling, with 8–12-hour shifts available during the day, overnight, on weekdays, and on weekends. Immediate start opportunities are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified new hires after their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.

- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in client conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
