About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers flexible scheduling, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available, and full-time and part-time options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; the employer can help obtain registration after hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
