Caregiver - Gettysburg, PA (Weekends | 7:00AM–7:00PM)
About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring a caregiver to support seniors in their homes in the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania area. The position is intended for weekend work, with full 12-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Shifts may be split into morning and afternoon blocks, and other shifts may be available to pick up. The role is part-time, with the potential for additional hours if desired. Caregivers may build steady hours while working with one or two consistent clients. Visiting Angels has served seniors across Cumberland, Franklin, and Adams Counties for over 21 years. Caregivers provide practical and personal support to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
- At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
- Family caregiving experience is accepted.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping.

- $17.00–$17.50 per hour, based on experience.
