About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking a dependable, compassionate female caregiver to provide in-home care for a male client in the Heartland, Texas area. The caregiver will provide one-on-one support while maintaining the client’s dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

The scheduled hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The starting pay is $17–$18 per hour, depending on the client and assignment. Caregivers use a smartphone app for electronic care documentation and timekeeping.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required background checks, driver’s license review, and drug screening.
• Dependability, compassion, and attentiveness to client needs.
• Ability to consistently work the scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to client care.
• Support the client’s comfort, safety, and independence.
• Follow the client’s care plan and report concerns to the office.
• Accurately clock in and out using the company mobile app.
