About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care to clients in their homes in Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, Marlborough, Southborough, Ashland, Wayland, and surrounding towns. The role offers pay rates of $22–$23 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, scholarship programs, a stable work environment, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant License.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Support range-of-motion exercises and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Provide medication assistance.
